1, The main points of the selection of hydraulic oil
Hydraulic oil performance parameters directly affect the performance of the bending machine. The primary consideration is the viscosity level, usually recommended for CNC bending machine VG46 or VG68 viscosity level of hydraulic oil, the specific selection should strictly refer to the equipment specification. Antiwear performance is also key, HM grade hydraulic oil can effectively protect the pump and hydraulic valve group, it is recommended to prioritize the selection. In terms of oxidation resistance, synthetic hydraulic oils are usually better than mineral oils, which can extend the service life by more than 30%.
The working environment has an important influence on the choice of oil. Normal temperature workshop can meet the needs of ordinary mineral oil; high temperature environment is recommended to use synthetic hydraulic oil, its high temperature performance is better; low-temperature environment should pay special attention to the choice of low condensation point hydraulic oil, to ensure that the equipment in the low temperature environment of the start performance. 2, The replacement cycle to determine
The replacement cycle of hydraulic oil needs to take into account the working hours, working intensity and environmental conditions. In general, the recommended replacement cycle for mineral oil is 2000 working hours or 12 months, whichever comes first. Synthetic hydraulic fluids can be extended to 3,000 operating hours or 18 months due to more stable performance. However, the actual replacement also needs to refer to the oil test results, when the oil color becomes dark brown, viscosity changes more than ± 15%, the acid value of 0.5mg KOH / g or more, even if not to the cycle should be replaced immediately.
Adjustment of change intervals is required in special cases. New equipment in the break-in period (the first 500 working hours) will produce more metal debris, it is recommended to advance the first oil change. Bending machines with continuous high-intensity operation, or workshops with dusty and humid working environment should shorten the oil change cycle appropriately. 3, Routine maintenance specification

Weekly check the cleanliness of the oil, observe whether there are impurities or emulsification. Monthly samples should be taken to test the oil quality, focusing on monitoring the moisture content and particle concentration.
