The maintenance cycle of CNC bending machines is not fixed, but needs to be determined based on the specific usage of the equipment, working environment, and manufacturer's recommendations. However, generally speaking, the maintenance cycle of CNC bending machines can be roughly divided into the following parts:

1. Daily maintenance

Before and after daily or each use, remove foreign objects, metal debris, etc. from the machine tool and mold. Check whether the mold installation is firm, whether the electrical switches, cables, and fasteners are normal, and whether there is any looseness. Before performing machine maintenance or cleaning, align the upper mold with the lower mold and lower it to shut down until the work is completed. If power on or other operations are required, the mode should be set to manual and ensure safety.

2. Regular maintenance

According to the usage of CNC bending machines and manufacturer recommendations, maintenance projects are usually included on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annual, or annual basis.
1. Weekly: Check the oil level in the tank, and if it is below the oil window, add hydraulic oil in a timely manner; Ensure that the system oil temperature is between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and should not exceed 70 ℃.
2. Monthly: Clean hydraulic components (such as substrates, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc.) to prevent dirt from entering the system (be careful not to use cleaning agents).
3. After one month of use of the new machine: Check for any deformation at the bends of the oil pipes, and replace them if there are any abnormalities.
4. After using the new machine for two months: tighten all the connections of the CNC bending machine accessories (the machine should be turned off when doing this work to ensure that the system is pressure free).
5. After every 2000 hours of operation: replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank (repeat this operation every 4000-6000 hours thereafter).
6. Every time the oil is changed: replace or thoroughly clean the filter; If the machine tool has related alarms or other filter abnormalities such as poor oil quality, it should also be replaced.

7. Every 3 months: Check and clean the air filter on the fuel tank (preferably replaced once a year).

3. Special maintenance

Based on the special circumstances or malfunctions of the equipment, corresponding maintenance and replacement of components are carried out for specific problems or malfunctions of the equipment.
