How Hydraulic Punching Machine Work？

1.Components of hydraulic punching machine

(1) Hydraulic system

(4) Worktable 

The worktable is a platform for sheet metal processing, and the height and angle can be adjusted as needed to ensure that the distance between the sheet metal and the tool meets the processing requirements. 2. Operation process of hydraulic press

(1) Adjustment of the mold 

According to the processing requirements, the operator needs to adjust the position and size of the mold. By loosening and tightening the screws or adjusting the handle, the position and pressure of the mold in contact with the workpiece will meet the requirements.

(2) Place the workpiece 

The operator places the sheet metal on the table, fixes it as required, and ensures that its position is precisely aligned to avoid errors in the machining process.

(3) Start machining 

After confirming the position and stability of the mold and workpiece, the operator can press the machining button to start the machining process. During the machining process, the operator needs to closely observe the workpiece on the table to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the machining.

(4) Completion of processing 

After each stamping operation is completed, the operator can adjust the parameters as needed and perform multiple stampings until the processing requirements are met.

(5) Shutdown and maintenance 

After processing is complete, the operator shuts off the hydraulic pump and carries out equipment cleaning and maintenance to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
