1, Daily maintenance points

The operator should check whether the oil level is in the calibrated range before daily work, and observe whether the oil window or oil label display is clear. For manual lubrication points, the oiling cycle and oil volume should be replenished in accordance with the equipment specification. When refuelling, attention should be paid to the use of special refuelling tools to avoid impurities mixed into the lubrication system.

 

During the operation of the equipment, the operator needs to pay attention to the working status of the lubrication system. Focus on whether the oil pump is running normally, whether the oil circuit is smooth, whether the lubrication point has oil leakage. At the same time should pay attention to the sound changes in the operation of the equipment, abnormal noise is often a sign of poor lubrication. After work, the equipment should be cleaned, especially the exposed part of the lubrication system, to prevent the accumulation of dust and metal shavings.

 

2, Regular maintenance points

Common faults include abnormal oil pressure, high oil temperature, insufficient oil supply and so on. When the oil pressure gauge is found to be abnormal, the working status of the oil pump should be checked first to confirm that the motor is running normally. If the oil pump is normal and the oil pressure is still insufficient, it is necessary to check whether the oil circuit is blocked or leaking.

 

High oil temperature is another common problem. The causes of high oil temperature may be insufficient oil quantity, oil deterioration or cooling system failure. When dealing with it, you should first stop the machine to check the oil level, confirm that the oil quantity is sufficient, and then check the oil quality. If the oil is emulsified or has too many impurities, it must be replaced immediately.

 

In case of insufficient oil supply, it is necessary to check each lubrication point individually. Focus on the lubrication status of key parts such as the slide guide and crankshaft bearings. If individual lubrication points are found to be poorly supplied with oil, this may be due to a faulty distributor or clogged tubing, and requires targeted treatment.

 

4, Special precautions

 

In the lubrication system maintenance process, there are several matters that require special attention. The first is the lubricant storage management, should be stored in a clean and dry environment, to avoid mixing water and impurities. Secondly, different seasons to adjust the oil, winter should be used in low-temperature fluidity of good lubricants, summer need to pay attention to the antioxidant properties of the oil.

 

For new equipment or equipment after overhaul, special attention should be paid to the lubrication management during the break-in period. The frequency of oil change should be increased appropriately during the break-in period, and the oil changes should be closely observed.
