1、 Suitable viscosity and good temperature resistance

The viscosity of lubricating oil is related to the starting performance of the three roll rolling plate, the degree of wear of the components, the consumption of fuel and lubricating oil, and the magnitude of power loss. Excessive viscosity and poor fluidity of engine oil require a long time to enter the friction surface, leading to increased fuel consumption, increased wear on components, poor cleaning and cooling performance, but good sealing performance; Too low viscosity, unable to form a reliable oil film, unable to maintain lubrication, poor sealing, high wear, and decreased power. Therefore, lubricating oil with appropriate viscosity should be selected.

2、 Good dispersibility and cleanliness

Excessive oil sludge and other dirt generated by the lubrication system can precipitate from the oil, causing blockages in the oil filter and oil holes, poor oil flow, piston ring adhesion, increased fuel consumption, and reduced power. Lubricating oil will combine with oxygen at high temperatures, and its oxidation products will cause the lubricating oil to deteriorate and fail, which is one of the main reasons for many failures of the three roll rolling plate. Therefore, various soothing reaction additives should be added to lubricating oil to prevent oxidation and deterioration, and to maintain the stability and service life of the lubricating oil.

6、 Good foam resistance

Due to the stirring and splashing lubrication of the internal structure of the three roll rolling plate, it is easy for the lubricating oil to generate bubbles, resulting in a decrease in lubrication performance and possibly causing oil pump failure. Therefore, good foam relieving agent products must be added to the lubricating oil to ease the production of foam and maintain the effectiveness of the lubricating oil.
