2.Operation process


(1) Preparation: Before starting the machine, first check whether all parts of the equipment are intact and undamaged, especially the rollers, transmission system, hydraulic system and other key components, if any abnormality is found, repair or adjust immediately. (3) Adjust the roller spacing: according to the thickness and bending radius of the plate, adjust the spacing between the upper and lower rollers of the plate rolling machine. When adjusting the roller spacing, the locking device should be loosened first, and then the roller position should be adjusted by manual or electric means. Pre-bending can use molds or other auxiliary tools to bend one end of the plate into the desired shape. When pre-bending, care should be taken to control the bending angle and strength to avoid cracks or excessive deformation of the plate.

(5) Start rolling: Start the plate rolling machine so that the rollers rotate slowly. Feed one end of the plate between the upper and lower rollers, and gradually bend the plate through the extrusion and friction of the rollers. In the process of rolling, the bending of the plate should be observed, and the roller spacing and pressure should be adjusted in time to ensure that the bending radius and shape of the plate meet the requirements.
