For four-roller coiler, in addition to adjusting the upper and lower roller gap, but also need to adjust the gap between the side rollers and the upper and lower rollers to ensure that the plate in the rolling process of force uniformity, the adjustment method is similar to the upper and lower rollers gap adjustment, through the adjustment of the position of the side rollers and the corresponding bolts to control the size of the gap.
In the process of adjusting the roller gap of the plate rolling machine, there are many precautions. Operation should maintain patience and care, each time the magnitude of the adjustment should not be too large, to avoid over-adjustment of the gap is too large or too small, affecting the effect of rolling.

In addition, different materials and thickness of the plate, the roller clearance requirements are different, before processing should be based on the actual situation of the plate, reasonable adjustment of the clearance. For example, the processing of thinner plates, the gap should be appropriately adjusted down; processing thicker plates, the gap needs to be increased accordingly.
