Adopting a hydraulic pressing mechanism, several pressing oil cylinders installed on the support plate in front of the frame feed oil, and the pressing head presses down to compress the sheet metal after overcoming the tension of the tension spring. After the cutting is completed, it is reset by the tension of the tension spring. The magnitude of the compression force increases with the increase of the thickness of the sheared plate.

2. This machine is powered by a 50HZ, 380V three-phase four wire system. The motor of the machine adopts three-phase 380V, Y to △ starting. The wiring lamp adopts single-phase 220V. The control transformer adopts two-phase 380V. The output of the control transformer is used for the control circuit, of which 24V is used for rear material control and for supplying the electromagnetic reversing valve. 6V supply indicator light, 24V supply other control components.

3. The electrical box of the machine is located on the left side of the machine tool, and all operating components of the machine, except for the foot switch, are concentrated on the button station in front of the machine tool. The function of each operating procedure component is marked by an image symbol above it.
